Making a purchase - Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse the pages of the website click on the item you would like to buy and add them to your basket. After you have made all your selections click on checkout and you will be asked a few details that we require to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Maestro credit and debit cards and PayPal. You may send your card details over the phone by post or over the internet.
Shipping and Handling - Goods are usually delivered by post or carrier to your designated address.
Our delivery charges cover delivery to the UK mainland only, if you would like a delivery outside this area please contact us with details of your order and we will be pleased to provide you with a quotation.
Delivery Schedule - We hold extensive stocks of the items we sell and will deliver them to you as quickly as possible, usually within 5 working days. Should there be any delays beyond this we will email you with the details.
Back Orders - if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will also be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee - All products are guaranteed against defects for 12 months by Mastermind Products Ltd. This assumes correct usage and maintenance of the products if required. In addition we offer a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on unused complete products should you find them to be unsuitable. These products should be returned in a condition suitable for resale as the original product. Please note some manufacturers offer longer guarantees, Mastermind Products ltd will be happy to handle any warrantee of this nature subject to acceptance of the warranty claim by the original manufacturer.

Returns Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with any purchase from Mastermind Products ltd and we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Upon delivery please inspect the goods and make a note on the delivery paperwork of any damage or defects. If you are not completely satisfied simply return the products to us in the original condition and packaging and we will refund the purchase price.
