Watermate launch first e-newsletter - 09/11/2011
Greenhouse watering

 First Watermate e-newsletter distributed.

The first Watermate e-newsletter has been distributed to subscribers by Mastermind Products Ltd. "It is important to keep customers up to date with our garden watering systems collection" said Chris Phillips sales director for Mastermind.

The e-newsletter will be sent to subscribers in the spring, summer and autumn the three most significant times of the year for gardeners. The autumn issue will concentrate on the preparation for winter with a timely reminder to drain down garden watering systems to prevent frost damage and prolong the life of the garden watering equipment.

We have provided three greenhouse watering solutions in this edition, the first is the "Dripmaster" is an economical and easy to use watering system for individual plants either in pots or in the ground. The Dripmaster system includes a 15 litre container for the water storage and drippers to water up to 6 plants and works on gravity with the container resting on a bench or table with the plants on the ground.

The "Soft Rain" rainwater irrigation system utilising water from the water butt to water plants on the ground is the second option. Controlled by a water timer that will operate on gravity to measure the amount of water released during each watering cycle this system waters up to 10 plants. This watering system can also be expanded to water over 20 plants, a liquid fertiliser can also be added to the water butt.

The "Watermate greenhouse watering system" is the third and most sophisticated watering system we recommend. With the Watermate you can water everything in the greenhouse from plants on the ground to seedlings and cuttings on the bench. The powerful pump is ideal for misting and is very popular with orchid growers helping them to create the perfect environment. Utilising water from the water butt or underground water storage areas the Watermate system includes a garden pump and mains electric timer with sufficient watering jets for up to 10 plants this cam be expanded to 50 plants or with a misting system.

"We hope the e-newsletter will stimulate a response from gardeners to pass on their ideas and experiences which can be included in future issues" said Chris Phillips he continues by saying  "Gardeners are very considerate and are keen to share their knowledge to help and encourage other gardeners and highlight the time saving and improved plant performance that can be achieved with garden watering systems"
